Frankly I find a badger that size absolutely terrifying - I saw what they did to one of my chickens ! That and repeat viewings of assorted fifties and sixties 'shrink ray' sci fi films, I'll stay as I am thanks !!!
I'm with you BM. It's all a bit Incredible Shrinking Man. I could just about handle Land of the Giants, but I quite like the size I am, thank you very much.
Enchanting yes, but the beak of that crow looks a little too sharp for my liking. The woodpecker's too. I'll stay at my fully grown 6' 6" thanks! My answer 45 years ago might've been quite different though.
I agree... I go back to being about 9 or 10 when I look at these pictures and just want to fly on the backs of those birds. Just think how big your coconut feeders would need to be, though...
Yes, truly enchanting. I did try crawling through a cat flap once. It's nigh on impossible.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you're not alone ;-)

DeleteYeah. The problem with being small enough to get through the cat door is cats. I'm on the back porch with one right now...he has a lizard cornered.
DeleteI hope that story had a happy ending for the lizard, Erik.
DeleteI'd love to be floating through that swamp in a bucket with my little mouse companion. What a great find, C!
ReplyDeleteIt's charming, isn't it? I find the 'mouse boat' particularly appealing too.
DeleteGetting your head through is relatively easy, its the shoulders that cause the problem.
ReplyDeleteSwiss adam
There speaks a man of experience.
Deleteand being caught and cocooned in silk by a giant spider and then having your insides sucked out while you are still alive...no thanks!
