The fold-out office storage item sounds lovely, I could do with one of them (although it would probably end up filled with an array of old pencils, bird skulls and miscellaneous things dug up in the garden). But we don't have any heirs, so it'll all end up in the skip anyway I suspect!
I'm sure Mrs Grits works up at our local Tescos.Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02423624920558505937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6075393268513251879.post-90272278375369072872016-11-01T09:47:36.613+00:002016-11-01T09:47:36.613+00:00Yes, absolutely know what you mean, TS.

From a social history point of view I'm finding it more interesting now than I'd expected, which helps a lot!
Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02423624920558505937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6075393268513251879.post-70910283958190015112016-10-31T21:34:09.508+00:002016-10-31T21:34:09.508+00:00Master Tape is a dead ringer for matey out of Kula...Master Tape is a dead ringer for matey out of Kula Shaker.

Dad has already told me and my brother that, come the day, he doesn't envy the task that awaits us :-(John Meddhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10547777949324509522noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6075393268513251879.post-50285305511745852302016-10-31T19:15:08.057+00:002016-10-31T19:15:08.057+00:00Master Dose looks like he has got an itch "do...Master Dose looks like he has got an itch "down there"!Charity Chichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12049726176497694026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6075393268513251879.post-32388781936709130232016-10-31T15:26:02.913+00:002016-10-31T15:26:02.913+00:00We had to do this last year with the contents of m...We had to do this last year with the contents of my late Father-in-law's house - Sadly most of it all just went into a skip but he had one of those amazing wooden fold-out offices with all sorts of stationery items that no-longer exist (or are needed)- Kept as much as I could but now in with all of my "stuff" which will at some point have to be sorted through. Wouldn't want to mess with Mrs Grits - very scary! I often think that I learned more about certain aspects of my parents lives in the days and weeks following their respective deaths, than I had in the previous 50 years.
Those Happy Families are brilliant, but quite unsettling! The Swedehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13237251779370596904noreply@blogger.com
